BETTY BROMMER SHEELY SNOOK 

Betty Brommer Sheely Snook, of Biloxi, MS, 63, died July 24, 2012 after a short and difficult battle with lung cancer. She was born in Memphis, TN. She graduated from White Station High School and attended Ole Miss. She had been a resident of the Miss. Gulf Coast since 1969. She was the daughter of Donna McEniry and the late Robert K. Brommer. She was a retired account executive for the Sun Herald. She is survived by her husband, John, her sons Robert (Amy) Sheely of Santa Cruz, CA, Brian (Sarah) Sheely of Baton Rouge, LA, and her mother, Donna McEniry, sister, Karen Brommer of Destin, FL, brother, Kelly Brommer of Memphis, step-sons John Snook, Jr and Donald Snook, niece Jennifer Brommer and her beloved grandchildren, Mason and Merritt Sheely and Camillie and Kade Sheely. Betty was an active member of First Baptist Church in Biloxi and past president of the Gulf Coast Women’s Association and an avid bridge player. Her real forte’, however, was her affable personality, southern charm and unparalleled sense of humor. She enjoyed and lived life to the fullest. In lieu of flowers, Betty wishes that you simply make a random act of kindness. A memorial service will be held at The Pass Road Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Friday, July 27th at 2 p.m.
